Delete from Settings
Sign in to Albemo, open Settings, and use Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm the action and, for password-enabled accounts, verify your current password. If your workspace is locked after expiry, contact support for account-deletion assistance.
What deletion removes
Account deletion removes your Albemo account record, profile, memories, media references, albums, family invitations and access relationships, settings and other user-linked application records. Albemo also attempts to delete associated private media objects from configured storage.
Recurring subscription safety
If an active Paddle subscription is linked to the account, Albemo attempts to cancel recurring billing before completing account deletion. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion may be stopped so the account is not removed while an unmanaged recurring charge remains active.
What may remain temporarily
Limited information may remain for a legally required period in payment-provider records, security/fraud logs, protected backups, or records necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Backup copies rotate out according to backup-retention schedules.
