Membership is paid from the start. Storage is your total allowance; it does not reset or accumulate each month.
After expiry, your collection is locked and retained for 25 days. Renew before your displayed deadline to keep it; otherwise collection content is deleted and your account remains. Membership terms.
How is Albemo different from my camera roll or cloud drive?
Your camera roll captures your days. A cloud drive keeps your files. Albemo helps you turn selected memories into designed albums, with videos, descriptions and written stories. It’s a collection to revisit and share, alongside your existing storage.
Does Albemo automatically back up my phone?
No. You choose and upload the photos and videos you want to keep. Albemo doesn’t automatically back up your devices or recover files already lost. Keep an additional copy of irreplaceable originals.
Do my family members need to pay?
Invited family viewers don’t need their own paid plan to open the memories you share while your membership is active. Anyone with an enabled album link or QR code can open that shared album in a compatible browser. The 10GB plans include up to 5 invited family viewers; 50GB includes up to 20.
What happens when I choose a plan?
Create your account and verify your email, or continue with Google. Your selected plan is carried through to Paddle checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your collection opens. There is no free trial.
Can I cancel? What happens to my memories?
You can cancel renewal through your account. Paid access continues until your paid period ends. Your collection is then locked and retained for 25 days. Renew before the displayed deadline to restore access with your data. Without renewal, collection content is deleted; your account remains. Download your media while your plan is active. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Use Albemo in a compatible browser on your phone, tablet or computer. You need an internet connection to open your collection. Family members can view enabled shared albums in their browsers too.
